Business Partnerships » Overview

The Presidio School of Management invites your business or organization to team up with Presidio students as part of our Project-Oriented Learning program.

Teams of students will work on your organization's particular challenge using both traditional metrics such as dollar profitability, as well as sustainability metrics that take into account social justice and the environment, to deliver significant business value to your organization.

Presidio students, with an average age of about 36, typically come to the Presidio program with significant business experience. Our Project-Oriented Learning program enables students to further their real-world education by working within your organization to deliver measurable results, while gaining course credit.

Our program is a true collaboration: Presidio students are eager to learn from your staff, and to share with them the latest ideas on sustainable management that can advance your organization's financial, social and environmental goals.

The Presidio School of Management curriculum offers opportunities such as:

  • Product or Service Operations Plan
  • Marketing Plan
  • Business Investment Evaluation
  • Strategic Sustainability Plan
  • Integrated Business Plan

Our students have successfully handled projects for leading national companies and nonprofits, including Walmart, Cisco, Williams-Sonoma and Goodwill Industries. Many come to our school because of these opportunities and bring creativity, passion and commitment to their work. See examples of ways Presidio students have delivered value to an organization.
