Keely Killpack, Ph.D.Faculty Keely co-teaches the Effective Management, Communication and Action course. She is the founder of Killpack Group, a consulting practice focusing change management methodologies on the adoption of green behaviors and corporate sustainability strategies. Keely has been a consultant for almost a decade, working for clients such as Chevron, JetBlue Airways, Blue Shield of California, United Health Group, Kaiser Permanente, Aflac, Goodwill Industries and Planned Parenthood of Southern California. Keely earned both her doctorate and masters' degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University. Her dissertation research focused on work motivation and differences in gender, self-efficacy and locus of control. Her masters' thesis was a case study on international virtual teams and team member satisfaction. She received her BA in Psychology from Southern Oregon University. Keely is passionate about understanding our total impact on the world and contributing fully to the betterment of the planet. She is a guest lecturer for student leadership groups on motivation and self-discipline and is also developing a Green Inventory Tool which measures a business and its operations in terms of sustainability practices and systems.
